Project Plan Statement
The purpose of this project is to rewrite, modernize, and improve the old USSVI.org web application (now hosted at ussubvets.org). The functionality of some portions of the old site are no longer required, while other parts need to be improved signifgcantly, particularly with respect to roles and user management and self-service capabilities of authorized users (such as publishing documents or making membership changes).
